I know you've probably known people who have a high metabolism - we all know someone who eats like a horse and is skinny as a rail! What's funny is those people are using a secret - foods that burn fat - and they don't even know it.

Foods that contain vitamin C, such as oranges and grapefruits, actually help to dissolve fat that is stored in the body. There are many foods you can eat that will increase your metabolism and burn fat. You just have to know what they are! You truly do not have to eat celery sticks and starve yourself to lose a TON of weight.

Weight Loss - What Method is Right for You?

With so many confusing options available, it's really hard to decide which weight loss program is best for you. Some diet programs provide so little food, if you're like me you would starve to death!

Other weight loss programs have you drink and eat little more than a shake two or three times a day, and maybe a diet snack bar. Who can live on that? Not me, I can promise you that.

If you can adhere to these programs, good for you. Some people have more determination and willpower than others, and can do just fine with these weight loss programs. Others wouldn't last one day (that would be me ;)
